How did this site start?
One day, mrbrown and Belinda met at a lunch and decided it would be fun to have a site like this. Also, brown has a deep fondness for the army phrase his platoon CSM used to say a lot. Then a radioactive spider bit brown… wait, wrong origin story.
A week later, we also convinced Miyagi and Adrianna to join us in our moment of temporary madness. As if we don’t have enough work on our plate already. Ah well.
Who owns this site?
This site is co-owned by the 4 of us. Kinda. If it becomes the next Facebook, we hope to retire to the Bahamas.
Why did you guys intend to start this?
Because we song.
How are the topics featured chosen?
Based on whether we feel song.
Also loosely based on topics of national interest.
Is this considered an official platform for debate? PM Lee mentioned this in his NDR.
No lah, we are not the official type. But we do welcome all kinds of discussion, from unofficial and official sources.
Under YOU SAY, where are these comments taken from? How do I know they are real?
How do we know what is real or not? What is life? What is a chair? If a tree falls in the forest, and no one sees it, can we take it home and make it into an Ikea table?
